Project: Quzhou Sports Park

Location: Quzhou, CH
Just the other day, Elena and I from our team were discussing which firm we would trust to create the project of our dreams if we had an unlimited budget. Various suggestions were made, and my favorite was MAD Architects.
In my view, the hallmark of the best firms lies in the systematic implementation of innovative ideas and designs in their projects. Time and again, MAD Architects, with a touch of light futuristic madness, creates iconic structures that are talked about now and will be talked about in a hundred years.
Our journal’s project list includes:
I would add to them the sports park in Quzhou to our collection. The bionic and monumental concrete structure, like a volcano crater, rises from the ground. Unlike many similar structures, the stadium is integrated into the environment without disrupting the panorama of the flat city. Its cohesive form is a logical continuation of the distant mountains in the background.
I would like to note separately that this object is only part of the concept, which is in the implementation stage. I’ve attached several renders for a complete picture.
