Today marks the last day of the first half of version 24. In short, we accomplished more work in this time than throughout all of 2023, and we have a confirmed project pipeline for the next 2−3 months, not to mention ongoing discussions. The peak of project submissions occurred in May. I enjoy this state of busy work; finishing projects feels similar to completing a good book. A less romantic version sounds more prosaic and shorter: project addiction.
Such market activity is encouraging. I would categorize the reasons into two groups:
All these are cogs that yield results in the studio’s overall workflow. Market dynamics are harder to systematize. From my unprofessional and subjective viewpoint, here are a few observations:

There is a severe shortage of qualified personnel and teams in the market. Some clients immediately mention this, with many willing to wait several months for task implementation.
Based on the number of inquiries, I see an increase in construction volumes across all categories: from private investors and design firms to developers.
Significant expansion of major developers across Russia.
Developers in Moscow, aside from renovation and certain categories like Samolet, PIK, and others, are striving to move into higher-class housing. Even the aforementioned giants are establishing separate structures and brands for premium projects.
I won’t make forecasts, but I like the overall trend.
