Cycle: Evaluation of Visualization Projects

Tool: Flexy
By: GORK

It has been just over a year since we implemented AI into our work, and 3.5 years since writing one of the important cycles of the magazine on systematizing the work of the 3D visualization studio. It’s time to add Part 14.

AI has become a key fifth stage in working with renders, and now the complete list looks like this:
• Analysis
• Modeling
• Visualization
• Post
• AI

In the header of the Contracts, I have specified terms and definitions, which should also be expanded. In the context of visualization, I would give the following definition:

AI — a machine learning tool that allows transforming visual content to enhance the quality of the final result.

Currently, the AI octopus has almost completely enveloped the video sphere, and what I’m still missing are quality, fast, and local video controls. It’s interesting to see where the overall trend is moving since the beginning of 2025 — it’s 3D (text23d, img23d). There are already tools that do not turn meshes into mush but consciously transform your requests into meshes, even in simple scenes.

PS Initially, I wanted to write an article about how AI has changed architects' lives, inspired by this material, and spent an entire day generating images for you. But then I thought that AI has changed the lives of visualizers just as much, and I shifted the focus). If you are an architect, please share in the comments how your approach to design has changed with AI tools.
