Modeling

Cycle: Evaluation of Visualization Projects

3D-visualization: Proloog.tv
Client: OZ Architecten & Workshop Architecten
Project: Oostenburg
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

The evaluation of modeling includes the following positions:

  • Modeling of the territory and the surrounding architecture;
  • Modeling of the territory and architecture within the boundaries of the site;
  • Optimization of models for efficient performance in 3ds Max;
  • Modeling or optimization of unique objects and small architectural forms (MAFs);
  • Detailing the geometry of interiors.

To define the modeling boundaries, we set preliminary perspectives.

The evaluation of modeling allows us to demonstrate why it is difficult to provide an accurate forecast on the shore. For example, the cost of one perspective on a city will inherently be higher than a close-up view of a house's entrance group. The reason lies in the incomparable volume of the environment being worked on. In the case of a fixed evaluation format "per perspective," there is a high risk for the client of facing unpleasant unplanned additional costs.
