A modeler assembles the geometry of a scene, specifically:
- Builds geometry based on drawings, photographs, sketches
- Optimizes, checks for errors, and organizes source data (models from clients, purchased models, etc.)
- Details the geometry, models, and enriches the scene with common objects (street furniture, lanterns, cars, etc.)
- Applies basic material layouts to scene objects
We divide modelers into three categories:
- Architectural (buildings + master plans)
- Objects (interior and exterior objects and items)
- Characters (bionic forms)
