GORK JOURNAL

Setting Preliminary Perspectives

Cycle: Evaluation of Visualization Projects

3D-Visualization: Gork Studio
Project: School 800
Client: Prosv

This stage is part of the information analysis process. However, I have separated it as an individual point because it is not only a component of the analysis but also the primary stage in building the model.

Preliminary perspectives are established using a territorial map as a base, showing the location of the object. The map is placed under the architectural model (if available), or the architecture is raised with semi-transparent boxes (if the model is absent).

Through such a simple action with minimal time investment, a "project scenario" is formed even before its start. Thus, we can:

  1. Assess the volume of the environment to be developed
  2. Find advantageous directions for perspectives
  3. Select references
  4. Provide placeholders for web developers
  5. Help the client visually understand the scale of work
  6. Documentarily record the direction of perspectives
