I've long ceased to be surprised by the extensive use of computer graphics in projects. Advertising agencies, not just in the real estate sector, know this firsthand. About 6-7 years ago, when our studio was just getting on track, I eagerly experimented with various directions. Our collaborations with Krik Design alone are noteworthy, involving everything from polygons for defense modeling tanks and support equipment to advertising cars and lemonade straws. There's also the story of colleagues from Transparent House, who during the crises of the 2000s, shifted from architectural visualization to subject matter expertise, managing to significantly increase their rates and tie their operations with HP and Dell. Even now, I occasionally hear from colleagues like those at M3 about their work on designing ultratechnological electric bikes.
This is all to say that if you encounter similar tasks, don't shy away from them. They can greatly enhance your skills, and if you like it and achieve excellent results, you can significantly boost your business. Personally, I've been chasing yacht projects for a long time. But so far, it's only been limited to photography and drooling in marinas of various cities. If you know someone involved in designing these floating homes, let me know ;)
As for today's project topic, I want to attach a video of Nespresso advertising made by interior visualizers. The development toolkit is no different from the traditional interior project pipeline, except for the inclusion of animations. The result is stunning. Enjoy watching :)
P.S. Funny story about a squirrel. For some reason, it always captivates clients, and we are periodically asked to include it in projects. Sometimes we give in, but more often, we add cats as Easter eggs.
