In the previous chapter, I indirectly touched upon experience, so let’s delve into it more concretely now.

The main KPI of experience is the number of comments after a preview. The ability to navigate the stream of feedback and anticipate potential requests significantly speeds up the work process. This allows for more accurate project timelines, more efficient use of studio resources, and the delivery of a high-quality product.

With all due respect, in my eyes, the value of awards in commercial tasks is incomparably higher than in the works of freelance artists. In the former, there’s a huge layer of work with clients, who typically represent more than just one individual.

Experience enables you to assess the scope of work on the fly, filter out clearly unachievable tasks, or, conversely, dive into adventurous ventures. The latter, by the way, should definitely be undertaken a few times a year to keep yourself and your team in shape) Growth occurs precisely on such projects.
