It's been a while since we've published our projects. I'm eager to rectify that! This year, we worked on several tasks in Vladivostok. Although I personally haven't been there, the beauty of this region is undeniably captivating. When we review sunset shots for backgrounds, there's an irresistible urge to pack a suitcase and head there for a week or two.
Mountains, sea, bays, beaches - everything is immersed in greenery. Plus, the unique cable-stayed bridges make the surrounding scenery somewhat surreal.
Working on the master plan and environment, you notice a multitude of traditional problems common to most regions of Russia. It's evident how, until recently, little attention was paid here to nature, architecture, and urban planning. Inadequate panel buildings for living, ubiquitous garages, some abandoned military structures, and semi-paved asphalt roads.
I hope that the developers who are now actively investing their resources in the development of housing and infrastructure in Vladivostok will gradually improve the situation. In any case, from a visualization standpoint, it's a refreshing change from the traditional picture of projects in Moscow. If you have something to render somewhere in Siberia, in the mountains or by the sea - send me a direct message: we prioritize such tasks.
