After a month-long break, I started writing a note and was surprised by the number of topics that needed to be covered in this seemingly short period:
Sales of primary real estate have shown a record decline recently. The games of hot potato with transferring plots between colleagues are not helping. There is an unusual surge in discount offers. And all this is against the backdrop of legislative tightening.
To put it bluntly, the marketing departments of our beloved clients have been overwhelmed in the last month by fantastic changes that have come upon them like a cornucopia:
Max: I literally got rid of the need to work in one place for a year, and now another one has caught up with me — they reserved a spot there, but for now, it’s so raw and dreary that I’m even too lazy to transfer the content, but soon, apparently, I’ll have to.
Advertising in Telegram: An official ban on advertising. This is a repeat of the story with prohibitions — yes, it will work through VPN, but when a large official business leaves a social network, that network begins to degrade and turns from a key tool into a periphery.
Russian naming: Of course, one can laugh at the familiar names of residential complexes in Cyrillic connotation, but seriously — you can’t change a brand concept with a snap of your fingers. This is the DNA of the project, which is evident in everything. There’s a saying: as you name the ship, so it will sail. The Grand Palace liners became the Big Palaces) But there is definitely one plus: my favorite typography will finally receive funding. Over the past two years, the intuitive decision to obtain trademarks for GORK, GORK JOURNAL, and GORK STUDIO turned out to be a stroke of luck. It felt like winning the lottery)
Arab track: I really don’t want to discuss this. A graceful fairy tale was stifled literally in a few days, and it’s far from certain that everything will be restored.
