As of the beginning of the construction of Lotus (2007), the author’s team of Speech included Sergey Kuznetsov. This is a clear example of why he became the chief architect of Moscow. The project reflects the trends of the time well, and its architecture will attract attention for many years to come.
I spent a year and a half working near this complex before Gork Studio, and had plenty of opportunities to study the project in detail. I want to note that, unlike most glass buildings located in the City, Lotus has a tiered structure, which turns it into a kind of chameleon that is interesting to observe at any time of the day and year. Each time I passed by, I got new impressions.
Finding myself there with a camera 10 years later, I couldn’t just walk past. Again, it looks different)
