3D: LAVS
Project: Housing development
Client: Hamwell Bridge village
Vegetation can be divided into three main categories:
1.Scatter-planted Vegetation (controlled mass cloning tool)
- Basis of the forest massif for birds and background
- Linear base (planted along main roads)
- Courtyard greenery (trees, shrubs, flowers)
- "Green fence" (trimmed shrubbery along sidewalks and paths)
- Grass
2.Hand-planted Vegetation
- Spot trees for close and mid-range views
- Other vegetation (decorative accents like ivy, stumps, etc.)
3.2D Objects (used in posts, variable and applied only when necessary)
- Grass (some prefer 3D, but for close-up angles, we like to substitute with photo-realistic grass)
- Overhanging leaves/branches/bushes at the edge of the frame
- Close-up trees
