Everything located away from the city has an alluring quality for a thirtysomething. It lies in the lack of necessity to gather nearby architecture and other details of the urban environment. Such projects typically allow focusing on nature, refreshing one’s internal plant libraries, and meditating.
However, this is typical for standard projects with a flat master plan and forest-field terrain. As soon as we add significant terrain variations, include features like close-ups of rocky waterfalls and other elements that greatly increase the load during the modeling phase, the project risks losing its meditative status.
Interestingly, this project is one of the few we showcase here that was not made in 3ds Max, but in Cinema 4D.
