Summary: For remote work, a studio must have an impeccable portfolio and a positive reputation, and be well-known in the market. Without this, no one will work with you. That’s why I consider the remote studio model to be an evolution of the traditional office. After all, the value lies not in square meters, but in skills, people, hardware, and business processes.

Cons:
- The main downside for me, as the studio manager, is the difficulty in training new employees. This is a slow process even offline, but we have been testing various options for a year now, and there are positive results.
- Security Services may not allow you to work as a potential contractor without an office.
Recommendations:
- Accept the fact that the remote work format has always been the norm for studios, as a significant focus was on international projects. There, both the stakes and the environment were more exciting. We have done projects for the Emirates, the USA, Spain, etc.
