There are two ways to showcase architecture from a bird’s-eye view:
Developers prefer the first option for selling apartments on websites. It makes sense, as it allows for a clear view of the architecture.
Topview projection is essentially the same as a general plan, but with materials and lighting. As such, it can vividly demonstrate the location of infrastructure relative to the construction object and the different functional zoning links.
A simple drawing might suffice, but look at how striking and unusual these perspectives are!

- Standard bird’s-eye (camera angled towards the ground)
- Topview projection (target under the camera on the same vertical axis)
