It’s gratifying to see that Kisho Kurokawa’s capsule architecture ideas find application in modern architecture. As strange as it may look, its commercial use proves its feasibility.

The complex is a co-living space located in the creative and technological quarter of Singapore. It’s a kind of Artplay with a local twist: traditional bungalows and the equally traditional greenery on the facades.

Unlike the Nakagin, which impressed with its unusual structure, its Singaporean reincarnation has developed a close connection with its surroundings by integrating into park areas, a swimming pool, an amphitheater, and other recreational spaces, stimulating business and creative activities. This approach 'revitalizes' concrete and makes staying there comfortable.
