Gork, impactful visualization

About Happy People

Our team decided to visit the sites we had created visualizations for. A real project you can "touch" makes a far greater impression than the renders surrounding the construction site, advertisements, billboards, YouTube, etc. During such trips, those deeply involved in the project experience specific sensations: from built-in GPS and auto-searching for differences between the project solution on the render and its implementation to a simple smile from seeing 3D translated into real volume.

However, there was something that overshadowed all of the above. While walking through one of the courtyards, I met local residents and told them the story of the project. I believe I have never met such attentive listeners before.

By the way, the only critique about the renders is that sometimes trees don’t fully "load" from the visualization into real life.

Feedback from the end-users (not just the client) is inspiring. Seeing their smiles, enthusiasm, sharp minds, and substance, you realize that your work is meaningful and genuinely helps people make the right choice.

Of course, all this is the result of the teamwork of developers, architects, engineers, builders, marketers, visualizers, and many others involved in this complex but necessary process for every citizen — creating residential and commercial real estate.

It’s gratifying to be part of this mechanism and to witness the happy faces of people!
