Snowdrifts, Water, and Floor-to-Ceiling Windows

Project: Private Swimming Pool
Location: Russia

What could be better than enjoying nature or the starry sky while cutting through the water in a cozy swimming pool? Perhaps only the famed phrase "approved")).

But seriously, the harsh Russian climate leaves almost no chance for projects with open water. Finding equivalents to Budapest’s open pools or those in Swiss chalet hotels is quite challenging. There are a couple of large ones in Moscow, but I haven’t seen any small ones.

A similar story applies to private minimalist architecture with full facade glazing. The operating costs of such projects make them unprofitable for investors. However, we have had visualization projects for half-timbered villages. Out of curiosity, I followed the sales and found that despite the expense and headaches for engineers, they were fully realized. Which is certainly pleasing.
