It’s often reported that bamboo can grow anywhere from 89 to 150 cm per day, but even at the minimum rate, the regeneration speed of bamboo is still impressive.
This "vegetarian" construction material is widely used in Asia, where it serves either as construction scaffolding or for building various outdoor summer structures. More complex constructions like bamboo bridges or villas also exist.
Training specialists in bamboo scaffolding takes about three years, enabling them to select the required trunk diameter by eye. It might seem that all such bio-constructions are assembled using the same principle, but that’s not the case. Attached is a cut of today’s project. There’s nothing tentative about it. Everything is meticulously rolled out in CAD.
