After forming and confirming the Commercial Proposal (CP) with the client, it's essential to document it. At Gork Studio, we offer our clients the following format: a Framework Agreement (FA) + an Additional Agreement (AA).
Recall the simplest algebra, where you take out a common part of the equation, leaving variables inside. The same principle applies here.
The FA is an intent agreement or a kind of accreditation. It represents a summary of basic terms: definitions of rights and obligations of parties, publication conditions, details, etc.
The AA is a legally formalized CP with technical specifications, which includes responses to the positions of the brief, as well as stages and costs.
This scheme simplifies the documentation process and allows for a swift transition to new tasks from the client.
